Ordering & Payment

How do I place an order?

You can place an order through our website or mobile app. Browse our menu, add items to cart, and proceed to checkout with your delivery details.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and digital wallets like Paytm, PhonePe, and Google Pay.

Can I modify my order after placing it?

You can modify your order within 5 minutes of placing it, provided the preparation hasn't started. Contact our support team immediately.

Delivery & Timing

What are your delivery hours?

We deliver from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM, Monday through Sunday. Orders placed outside these hours will be scheduled for the next available slot.

How long does delivery take?

Most orders are delivered within 30-45 minutes. During peak hours or bad weather, it may take up to 60 minutes.

Do you deliver to my area?

We currently deliver across Hyderabad. Enter your pincode on our website to check if we deliver to your location.

Food & Quality

Are your kitchens certified?

Yes, all our partner kitchens are FSSAI certified and undergo regular quality and hygiene inspections to ensure food safety.

Do you offer vegetarian options?

Absolutely! We have a wide variety of vegetarian dishes including North Indian, South Indian, and regional specialties.
